'Star Wars' Characters as Automobiles
An A-wing fighter reimagined as a Lamborghini Countach and more.
If you’ve ever wondered what your favorite Star Wars character would like like as an automobile or what kind of car they’d drive, you’re in luck: carwow has done exactly that in honor of the upcoming release of The Force Awakens. So what earthy vehicles would they choose? According to the UK imprint, Han Solo would hit the road in a Millennium Falcon-inspired Dodge Charger Hellcat while Luke Skywalker would give the Mazda MX-5 the Land Speeder treatment. Some designs are a bit more literal however, as Darth Vader’s BMW Z4 closely resembles the Sith Lord’s iconic suit while there’s no mistaking who would be driving the rugged green, red and gold Mercedes G-Class.
Our vote for the best design? Wedge Antilles’ A-wing-styled Lamborghini Countach — complete with stabilizers in place of the usual rear spoiler so as “to keep it planted when traveling at light speed.”
