S/DOUBLE N-3B Parka

While the classic MA-1 bomber jacket has been retooled multiple times for the fall season, Shawn Stussy’s S/DOUBLE brand has reinterpreted another quintessential military outwear, the N-3B parka, just in time for winter. The N-3B is a longer version of an N-2B parka, and was originally developed for flight crews dealing with extreme weather conditions. Thus, the nylon material was made to be both water repellant and wind resistant. S/DOUBLE’s version includes multiple pockets and original batting quilted lining, along with an updated silhouette to minimize bulkiness. The neutral olive brown color makes it both functional and complementary to a range of clothing items.
