Inspired by the iridescent scales of the Xenopeltis unicolor snake.
Following its introduction earlier this year, adidas’ specially crafted, color-shifting “XENO” skin draws inspiration from the iridescent scales of a Xenopeltis unicolor snake found in Southeast Asia. Modeled around the base of one of the brand’s most recognizable silhouettes, the latest XENO release follows October’s hi-top Pro Model and features a navy and red iteration that promises the same reflective functionalities when placed in direct light. Retaining a clean, rubber shell toe and equally contrasting tooling system, the full collection is now available at various adidas retailers worldwide with more information on the brand’s official website.
