The Lil Wayne, Birdman and Cash Money saga continues. A newly published post by TMZ is reporting that their “Weezy sources” tell them the 32-year-old rapper is planning to sue Birdman and Cash Money in order to keep every Young Money Entertainment artist under his wing, which includes Drake, Nicki Minaj, Tyga, Mack Maine, Christina Milian, Chanel West Coast and more. But, Wayne might face a few obstacles with this move, because everyone signed to Young Money has a distribution deal with Cash Money, meaning that this might spark even more legal issues for both parties involved. However, according to TMZ’s sources, Wayne’s direction here is plain, simple and focused: he’s jumping ship, and taking everyone attached to his Young Money camp with him. This, of course, is on top of Wayne’s current plan to go after Birdman for 8 million dollars. There will probably be a lot more news regarding Wayne and Birdman’s legal woes in the coming months, so stay tuned.
