It all started a few weeks ago, when 2 Chainz was a guest on Nancy Grace’s nightly celebrity news and current affairs show on HLN. While there, there was a verbal sparring match amongst the two about one of the nation’s hot topics: weed legalization. Despite Grace’s relentless argumentation, she was left stumped, while 2 Chainz was crowned the victor.
“I moved on, man….I don’t know what’s going on up there. I know I’ve been getting a lot of praise and everything. I definitely appreciate the love that came behind me.”
His debating was so impressive, that fans and supporters have called for him to run for mayor of College Park, Georgia — his hometown, and from the looks of it, he’s taking it into serious consideration.
“I’m a musician, not a politician,” he said. “I’m supposed to be running for mayor in College Park. I got everybody wishing. I’m really gonna do this little mayor thing in College Park. I’m just trying to make sure I have the right qualifications.”
Random factoid, 2 Chainz graduated from Alabama State University with a 4.0 GPA. Leave thoughts below.
