Sony A5100 Camera

Sony has unveiled the latest edition to its Alpha Series — the A5100 camera. With a touch screen, 24.3 mega-pixel APS-C sensor and 15-50mm lens, the device is a contemporary update to the Sony selection. This new model takes functions from the A6000 including a speedy hybrid autofocus system and BIONZ X image processing engine, which is incorporated in the compact design — a nice middle ground between the entry level A5000 and A6000. Pre-orders can now be made for the A5100, which will begin shipping in early September.
