Kendrick Lamar Set to Work with Pete Rock on Next Album

Just as Flying Lotus announces Kendrick Lamar is scheduled to be a part of his upcoming album, news slips regarding one of the producers set to be included on Lamar’s forthcoming project. In a recent interview with XXL, legendary producer Pete Rock explained that he had done some work on the highly-awaited follow up to good kid, m.A.A.d. city. “I did some scratching and I’m on the hook on one of his songs on his album,” Pete Rock says. “I’m really excited about that. It’s just a regular hook. I can’t really sing it to you. You’re just going to have to hear it.”
