Luxury hotel brand Peninsula Hotels has announced the launch of Peninsula Paris — its first hotel in the European market. Located moments away from attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs Élysée, the late 19th century building traces its history back to 1908 when it opened as the Hotel Majestic. With a rich history of hosting the affluent and famous, the building has been carefully preserved to maintain the heritage and authenticity. Interiors designed by Henry Leung and architectural restoration lead by Richard Martinet has helped the building to become an exquisitely restored space, filled with contemporary art installations, furnishings and technology.
