For the Hermès store in the Paseo de Gracià shopping district of Barcelona, French design studio Zim & Zou were employed to craft an intricate window display that has now been dubbed the “Fox’s Den.” Made entirely by hand, this installation tells the story of a small fox through the belongings that inhabit the orange-and-blue space. While the majority of the den, from the clock on the wall to the stool beneath the fox, were intricately made from paper materials, the fox itself was constructed from colorful strips of leather. Furthermore, Hermès unites this complex display with its label by scattering various pieces from the current collection around the room.
