Coinciding with his involvement in the Commonwealth Games, Fred Perry has continued its collaboration for a sixth season with Sir Bradley Wiggins. The 2014 autumn/winter collection offers a mixture of reinterpreted classics using vintage patterns and colors which are also applied to new pieces. Tapping Wiggins’ love of ’60s motifs, sleek turtle knits are paired with retro sports track jackets while longer cut pique shirts pay homage to old-school cycling jerseys. The eclectic mix of colors stem from the rich archives of Fred Perry as regal blues and rich mahoganies are found alongside deep greens and checkered patterns. The collection is now available at all Fred Perry Authentic stores as well as the brand’s online store.
