Vans 2014 Spring AV Classic

Vans’ Skateboarding division has just launched its latest pro shoe for centerpiece rider Anthony Van Engelen. Channeling the skater’s gruff manhandling of the streets for well over 15 years, Vans abandoned bells and whistles with this release, offering a minimal, yet durable modern staple. The AV Classic features a pointed toe shape and slim silhouette, looking perfectly skateable out of the box. Despite its outward simplicity, the shoe features a Duracap® rubberized layer underneath the toe box for added durability, as well as an Ortholite foam insole for impact protection. The AV Classic will be launched in four colorways, one of which being a special collaboration with longtime sponsor Independent Trucks.
