Nike Air Foamposite One & Lil Penny Posite "Shooting Stars" Pack

Taking it back to 1997, Nike Sportswear introduces the brand new Lil Penny Posite with its “Shooting Stars” pack for NBA legend Penny Hardaway. Joined by the previously player-exclusive “Shooting Stars” Foamposites that Hardaway laced up for the second half of the 2012 Celebrity All-Star Game in Orlando, the Lil Penny Posite takes inspiration from the Lil Penny campaigns of the ’90s for a brand new silhouette. Incorporating elements of the Zoom Rookie LWP and the Air Up, Marc Dolce‘s symbolic follow-up to 2009’s 1/2 Cent hybrid boasts a decoupled Foamposite upper with a full-length Lunar midsole, Zoom Air cushioning in the heel, reflective accents, and vintage “Flight” and “1 Cent” insignia. Both shoes come packaged in a specially-designed box that features a glossy tonal all-over graphic and a statement across the inner flap that reads “YOU GUYS REMIND ME OF MY SHOE CLOSET… I GOT 2 PENNIES AND A BUNCH OF LOAFERS!”

NSW’s “Shooting Stars” pack will be available in limited quantities from Nike.com and select retailers beginning May 17.
