For its 25th anniversary, Nordic Photo has unveiled a special Leica M Monochrom Silver Anniversary Edition to commemorate the occasion. Produced in a limited number of 25 sets, the camera is furnished with a rich Aztec beige leather and includes a Leica Summilux M-1.4/35 ASPH Silver Lens that is purpose-built for this edition whilst retaining identical specifications to the readily available black version. Replacing the usual word “Monochrom’ on the hot shoe will be a distinctive serial number from 01/25 to 25/25. The cameras will be exclusively sold through Leica dealers in Denmark for 115,000 DKK (approximately $21,000 USD).
