Soichiro Ito’s soe label seems to mature with every season, here presenting a casual, easygoing collection for Fall/Winter 2014. Drawing direct inspiration from American high school life, the collection is comprised of athletic- and academic-style pieces, taking subtle cues – stripes, baggier cuts and graphics – from yesteryear’s closet. Hinted by Ichiro as the “new school uniform,” the collection sticks to a largely neutral color palette, executing hoodies, trench coats, turtlenecks and trousers in combinations of grey, black and white. Look for this release from soe to drop at retailers in the coming months.
