With the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil just around the corner, ASICS has unveiled a “Brazil” iteration of its Gel Lyte V silhouette in anticipation for the international football extravaganza. Featuring a predominantly green suede and mesh upper with hits of blue and yellow at the tongue, collar, logo branding outline and inner lining, the design pays homage to the national colors of the South American nation. A standout detail is the star speckled tongue label, which stands as a nod to Brazil’s national flag. The bold upper rests atop a white gel midsole with a hit of blue detail at the heel and a gum rubber outsole. The ASICS Gel Lyte V “Brazil” will drop today at Feature Sneaker Boutique, April 26 at 11 a.m. PST for $110 USD.
