Here’s another gem from rising beatsmith Sango who takes on Janelle Monáe‘s shining contribution to the forthcoming soundtrack for Rio 2 – the upcoming sequel to the 2011 animation hit. Following his samba-infused Da Rocinha 2 LP, Sango delves once again into Brazilian sound culture and retains Monáe’s homage to the heavy percussion and infectious grooves.
