Kanye West Defends Drake In Rolling Stone Controversy

Embarking on the second leg of his ‘Yeezus Tour,’ Kanye West stopped in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday night. As usual, he delivered a 20-minute rant to the audience at the Prudential Center. The subject this time around? Macklemore’s wins at the GRAMMYs, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Nike and “Red Octobers” Air Yeezys, as well as Drake’s recent controversy with Rolling Stone.

On Drake’s Rolling Stone interview
“Those magazines keep trying to put ni**as against each other. We love Drake, we ain’t letting that shit happen no more,” said Yeezy. “It only cost two fifty to beat yo ass,” he continued referring to his recent assault incident in Los Angeles.
