As everyone prepares their personal “Best Of” lists for 2014, could Mac DeMarco‘s critically acclaimed Salad Days be a part of Wiz Khalifa‘s year-end selections? Or, maybe one of Wiz’s Taylor Gang tag-alongs and/or producers showed the rapper the new Mac DeMarco LP while the two were hanging out high in a studio and Wiz was just really, really feeling it. Either way, Wiz has chosen the Salad Days cut’s instrumental for a new freestyle entitled “Smoke Chambers,” turning the song into a way for him to vent and reflect.
