Google has enlisted Intel to improve the next generation of its Google Glass device, the Wall Street Journal reports. Intel will provide the chipset for the glasses, replacing Texas Instruments Inc.’s previous version. Both companies are looking to develop products that will positively affect the wearable market. While Google has advanced the style of Google Glass by partnering with Dianne von Furstenburg and Luxottica, Intel has linked with Opening Ceremony on a smart bracelet, called My Intelligent Communications Accessory (MICA). An official announcement has yet to be made regarding the partnership, but the move certainly sounds enticing for the future of Google Glass.
