Following another footwear release previously this summer, Copenhagen-based skate institution Streetmachine teams up with Lakai Limited Footwear to present a street-ready iteration of the Griffin silhouette. Dubbed “The City We Skate” as a play on Lakai’s tagline, the collaboration honors the cobbled streets, green park benches, and old architecture that make Copenhagen such a wondrous place to not only skate – but live as well. In this light, we find the Griffin done up with a mature grey suede upper, tinged with pale olive at the side logo and heel. A cobblestone-printed insole and grid pattern finishes this tasteful offering from Streetmachine and Lakai, which is available now online.
