While she had dabbled with pop music in the last few years, Nicki had promised fans that she would go an alternative path this time around. In a previous interview with Power 105, Minaj promises that, “it’s very different” from anything she had done and describes the new sound to be “next level.” Her album features high-profile guest like Beyonce, Lil Wayne, Drake, Chris Brown, Ariana Grande, Meek Mill, Jeremih, and Skylar Grey.
