In partnership with a slew of New York fashion labels, Project Cobalt started its Style Initiative program with the aim of mentoring emerging designers who already have their own labels but lack the network to truly succeed. In its Accelerator program, the chosen talents embark on a curriculum designed and led by jeffstaple of Staple Design and Liza Demeyrjian, who expose them to different aspects of the industry as well as connect them to fashion veterans who also provide their own unique perspectives. The end result will be the Project Cobalt Accelerator Program capsule collection for Spring/Summer 2015, created collaboratively with all the mentees enrolled in the program.
