Grimes Gives Updates on Upcoming Album

Back in early 2012, Grimes had made quite a bit of buzz with her third release, Visions. However, news of her had since dwindled down quite a bit as we have yet to hear a follow-up. Six months ago she released a song with Blood Diamonds titled “Go,” but due to the stylistic deviance many fans were unhappy about it. In September, the Vancouverite songstress responded by scrapping everything she had on the album and proceeded to restart fresh. Today, she provides a bit of information regarding her upcoming release: “Go” will not be on the album as she says that none of the songs from the LP have been released yet. She also shares that she had recently completed a “glam rock song” which may be used as the third single. We will keep you updated on more so keep an eye out.
