To commemorate the one year anniversary of her epic-scale self titled LP that shocked her fans and shook the industry, Beyoncé decided to share this retrospective monologue through a mini cinematic feature entitled, Yours and Mine. In this 11-minute short film shot in monochrome, Bey voices her inner-struggles and deepest emotions as a top celebrity living in the spotlight and being a “property of the public.” However her main message is surely one that we can all take away from this beautiful piece, and it’s that true happiness can only come from within.
