Stream Mr. Mitch's 'Parallel Memories' LP

Mr. Mitch‘s full-length album, Parallel Memories, will be out next week on venerable record label Planet Mu, but the LP can be streamed now in its entirety courtesy of Dazed. Though Mr. Mitch’s work closest resembles the production you traditionally associate with the many sides of British bass music, Parallel Memories’ 12 tracks are less an exercise in traditional electronic music and more a way for its creator to progressively bend, stretch, and warp genre-lines in order to communicate the darker sides of emotion. Like many other forward-thinking producers emerging out of the same movement Mr. Mitch is a part of, the “Don’t Leave” producer is creating his own realm of electronic music, constructing a unique body of work out of contorted, dismantled sounds ripped from remnants of grime and dubstep.
