Karl Lagerfeld Presents "Reincarnation" Teaser featuring Pharrell Williams and Cara Delevingne

Chanel has released the trailer for the short film ”Reincarnation” directed by Karl Lagerfeld, which is set to accompany the luxury brand’s Métiers d’Art collection in Salzburg next week. The film recounts one of Chanel’s formative moments where Coco Chanel, upon seeing the uniform of the elevator operator of the Austrian hotel where she vacationed in 1954, was inspired to create the now iconic Chanel jacket. Starring Cara Delevingne as Austrian royalty and Pharrell Williams as the elevator operator, the teaser is “CC The World,” a song composed by Williams for the film and sung by Delevingne in her soulful voice. Look for the atmospheric full film to debut online on December 1.
