Jazz Cartier - Rose Quartz/Like, Crazy

Canada’s Get Home Safe crew continues their come-up. Following our premiere of group-member Derek Wise’s unique “Lake,” Get Home Safe’s Jazz Cartier has unveiled a new song entitled “Rose Quartz/Like, Crazy.” The track features a Toro Y Moi original as its beat, and Cartier himself bills it as a “delicate piece.” Cartier tells FADER this new effort is his “most conceptually driven release thus far,” so the standards here are already set pretty high by its own creator. While Jazz Cartier’s verses usually go down a more traditional, straightforward route, this one definitely has some layers to it, with Cartier waxing poetic about frustrations with love and relationships.
