Details regarding Skyscraper – the world’s tallest roller coaster — have been unveiled. The Orlando-based attraction is set to dethrone Six Flags Great Adventure’s Kingda Ka when it opens in 2017. Next year, developers will break ground on the 569 foot Skyscraper, in addition to the Skyplex entertainment center that will house the coaster. The Skyplex indoor theme park is also expected to offer visitors arcades, rock climbing, restaurants, and an observation deck to check out the breathtaking view. A new animated visual places viewers inside of the roller coaster’s vehicle, simulating all of the twists, turns and loops through the air. It’s a four-minute day and night experience on the world’s tallest roller coaster.
