Alesso featuring Tove Lo - Heroes (We Could Be) (Grandtheft Remix)

Grandtheft has cooked up a remix of Alesso‘s chart-climbing single, “Heroes (We Could Be).” This new take on “Heroes” comes nearly a week after our premiere of Jai Wolf’s rework, and right on the heels of another remix produced by Branchez. The release of Grandtheft’s remix couldn’t have better timing, as the Mad Decent affiliate will be hitting the tour circuit tomorrow night. Describing his rendition of “Heroes” to Billboard, Grandtheft explains that he “set out to maintain the massiveness of Alesso’s original but used filtered analog synth chords and off-kilter rap drums” to alter the emotions evoked by the original. You can listen to Grandtheft’s new spin on “Heroes (We Could Be)” above, while the track will be available through Def Jam soon.
