Swedish fashion label CMMN SWDN unveils its lookbook for the 2014 fall/winter season. Headed by Saif Bakir and Emma Hedlund, two former directors of Kanye West’s design team, CMMN SWDN is a product of Tech-Noir, a design approach influenced by old and new, fusing classic ’40s and ’50s Hollywood style with a futuristic and technical construction. Highlights from the collection include a classic men’s shirt clad with water-repellant zips and knit collars, a bomber jacket featuring contemporary prints by artist Gerhard Mantz, and a hand-finished overcoat constructed with unilined double-face wool and cashmere.
