YOHJI YAMAMOTO COSTUME D'HOMME "cut motion + motion sewing" Collection Redefines Suits
In an attempt to redefine the classic suit, Yohji Yamamoto introduces the process of “cut motion”

In an attempt to redefine the classic suit, Yohji Yamamoto introduces the process of “cut motion” and “motion sewing” into his YOHJI YAMAMOTO COSTUME D’HOMME line. The technology takes cues from the human skin and the movement of the body, taking into account Olympic athletes and Japanese astronauts to result in what can be construed as the ultimate in comfort as the pieces move and stretch accordingly. The textile development is handled by Japan’s long-established INDUSTYLE TOKYO factory and designed by Japanese designer Nakazawa to create an exclusively “Japan made” collection which includes two shirts and two jackets. The YOHJI YAMAMOTO COSTUME D’HOMME “cut motion + motion sewing” collection is now available at the YOHJI YAMAMOTO (HOMME) store.
