Yesterday, independent film distributor Gravitas Ventures took to Vimeo to release its latest documentary titled Plastic Galaxy. From Director Brian Stillman, this 70-minute film explores the unique world of Star Wars toys, from the view of both the collector and maker thanks to interviews with respected experts, authors and previous Kenner employees – the foremost purveyor of Star Wars toys during the ’70s and ’80s. Through Vimeo’s On Demand service, Plastic Galaxy can be rented or even purchased here.
