Baltimore experimental musician Panda Bear is set to release his new album on January 13 but, today, we have been gifted with an unannounced four song EP titled Mr. Noah. The shortened EP is the first follow up since the artist’s 2011 album Tomboy, and the EP is an introduction to the forthcoming release Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper. In addition to the Mr. Noah EP, we have also been granted a visual for the title track of the EP, also titled “Mr.Noah.” The video for the track features a circling presence weaving in and out of various neighboring apartments and lives in a brick housing block that feels jarring yet intimate.
