Freddie Gibbs and Madlib‘s recent collaborative album, Pinata, has left a pretty strong impression on listeners, and the pair are continuing to rinse out more music from the project with a new remix of the album cut “Knicks.” The original was a solo effort, but this new rendition of it features East Coast champions Action Bronson, Joey Bada$$ and Ransom over Madlib’s dusty, soulful backdrop. This particular version of “Knicks” will be included on an upcoming EP based on remixes of the song, which will see release through Madlib’s Madlib Invazion imprint. You can listen to the aforementioned remix above, while the Knicks Remix EP will hit retailers on November 18.
