Following on from products such as the Moleskine Smart Notebook, Evernote continues with its strategy of creating physical products for users of its popular productivity app by expanding into desktop furniture. As part of the Pfeiffer Collection, the new Bent Ply products consist of elegant plywood-molded stands for monitors, tablets and laptops. The designs are inspired by the iconic mid-century furniture pieces of Charles and Ray Eames which also utilize bent plywood as a main aesthetic feature. Designed by furniture designer Eric Pfeiffer, the products are meant to “bring the warmth of wood to the desktop.” The collection will range in price from $65 to $100 USD and will release in November.
