Jennifer Lopez‘s lush new living arrangement is located in Manhattan’s Flatiron district. J.Lo reportedly spent a whopping $22 million on her four-bedroom penthouse, at 21 East 26th Street. The Whitman building is also home to Chelsea Clinton and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon. Lopez’s new condo covers 6,500 square feet and contains six bathrooms, as well as four separate terraces overlooking Madison Square Park. Amenities include a gym, private elevator, a full-time doorman, and a smart home system that allows Jenny from the block to control her lights, heating, and music with an iPhone or iPad.
