Xander Zhou returns with another streetwear/high fashion mashup with his Fall/Winter 2014 collection. Similar to last year’s seasonal lineup, this one continues to explore Zhou’s fascination with deconstructing traditional silhouettes through extremely long cuts while keeping large deviations in color to a relative minimum. Although themes of academia and mischief are heavily incorporated, the Chinese designer does attempt a bit of adventure with his coats covered in pom-poms. Completing the looks are footwear styles inspired by sneakers of the ’80s.
