GILAPPLE Light by UNDERCOVER

Aficionados of Japanese contemporary brand UNDERCOVER might remember the GILAPPLE light as a physical symbol from Jun Takahashi’s Spring/Summer 2009 season. Walking the lines of fashion accessories, the GILAPPLE is meant to encapsulate the relationships of two recurring characters – GILLA and GRACE – with human society. After being offered in 2010, the GILAPPLE now makes a return to the market with the help of Medicom Toy. Offered in both black and red options, both of these 100mm figures come fixed with LED lights – staying true to Takahashi’s imaginative story. Pick up the GILAPPLE light here beginning February 1.
