adidas Originals revives a vault classic in the form of the ZX FLUX for 2014. The new model is actually a reference to the revered ZX8000 silhouette from 25 years prior, which was one of the first adidas runners to integrate SoftCell heel technology, a Torsion split sole, and a heel cage into one complete model. Despite all its successes, adidas thought it proper to update the ZX8000 for the modern times. Accordingly, the ZX FLUX strips away all the external bells and whistles of the past model, leaving an understated, smooth casual shoe for the next generation. Enjoy the preview view above, then be sure to look for the ZX FLUX at adidas Originals retailers in the coming weeks.
