Vandeyk contemporary cycles and filmmaker Christopher Kippenberger recently teamed up to produce a short depicting the artistic intersection of humanity, machinery and nature. The video was shot high in the mountains using only drone cameras and provides crisp surreal images of rider John McFaul conquering new heights on his steed, a model from Vandeyk’s ‘Machine for Riding’ carbon fiber road bike collection. The hand-built bike is manufactured in Germany and features a 870g carbon frame, electronic shifting, and wheels from Chris King and ENVE Composites.
