The Pancake Epidemic’s CAFFEINATION Coffee Road Trip Gets a Taste of the Old West

Following a visit to Spokane, the latest episode of The Pancake Epidemic‘s Caffeination series sees Brandon Davenport venture into The Great Old West, bumping heads with a number of aficionados and micro roasters along the way. While good coffee might have come scarce at first, Brandon managed to locate a few quality brews courtesy of  Black Coffee Roasting company — the first roaster in Missoula — Steve & Harry of Idaho Falls, and the Cheyenne Coffee Roasting Company headed by retired couple Bill and Kris. Whether it is one’s hobby or livelihood, this latest episode unveils the makeshift utensils and other larger arsenals used in coffee roasting – furthermore it shows how passion and enthusiasm are the key ingredients needed in producing a fine cup of coffee.
