Miley Cyrus Covers Rolling Stones October Issue

Whether you love her or hate her, Miley Cyrus is definitely “out there” – arguably in more ways than one.  Having recently made her hip-hop debut with her feature on Mike Will Made It’s track “23,” Miley goes topless for the cover of the Rolling Stone’s upcoming October issue, showing off her tongue, while sharing a peek in to her tattoo antics and turning the tables on Robin Thicke in regards to a certain VMA performance. Spilling everything from thoughts on Kanye West, sharing advice with Justin Bieber and gaining support from Lil Kim, Cyrus also poses topless throughout the interview – except for when taking a field trip to the tattoo parlour.
