Continuing with the themes cast in previous campaigns, C.E. (Cav Empt) presents a look at its Fall/Winter 2013 collection via a new video. The fashion label tapped artist and filmmaker Oliver Payne to produce the video, which fuses vintage recording aesthetics with C.E.’s darker, military motifs, altogether resulting in a ‘digital daydream’ video. Nods are made to the early 2000s, a period of optimism in terms of technological progression, lending the clip a nostalgic, surreal feeling.
