The latest Doernbecher re-release to come from Nike is the Nike Free Run 2 Doernbecher “Shelby Lee.” Designed by Shelby Lee while recovering from a series of heart surgeries, the Free Run 2 features a unique color scheme inspired by Lee’s journey from China to the United States as an orphan. The blue upper represents the sky while the bold, yellow Free outsole features words of inspiration. Multicolored laces and hearts on the tongue and sides complete the special look. This latest Doernbecher release will be available starting August 17 at select Nike retail locations and online.
