As China’s most modern metropolis, Shanghai boasts both towering skyscrapers and technological advancements, yet its past is never far away. In the same way, Nike is showcasing both old and new with its “FRAGMENT” Pack, consisting of both the Air Force 1 and Lunar Force 1 in luxuriously-updated silhouettes. Part of the special-edition Shanghai footwear collection previewed here, the low top kicks were reimagined by Hiroshi Fujiwara in black and off-white, using mock-croc uppers and subtle fragment design branding that recalls the popularity of HTM’s Forces a decade ago. Look for the Nike Air & Lunar Force 1 Low “FRAGMENT” Pack to drop this weekend at select Nike retailers in Shanghai.
