Gundam Docks Hong Kong 2013

Fans of the Gundam series in Hong Kong will certainly celebrate the landing of the Gundam Docks exhibition in the city’s Times Square plaza and atrium. Here, visitors will find 1:3-scale models of their favorite mechs from over the years, all of which are armed with full armor and weaponry. The larger-scale pieces are composed of durable steel and fabric glass, leaving the large figures water and wind-resistant. What’s more, a full showing of 100 smaller scale models will be on display, featuring accompanying animation, design information and more. A daily light show will also compliment the exhibition, making a visit enjoyable for fans of all ages. As one of the largest showings of the full Gundam range outside of Japan, the Gundam Docks at Hong Kong will run until September 1.
