A shared passion for food was never far away from the original conceptualization of footwear brand Gourmet. While the original motley group of owners have disbanded, the essence of the brand continues through a series of shorts that outline the brand’s love for the culinary arts. Ilan Hall of Los Angeles’s The Gorbals stars in a short piece that puts the 2013 fall “Cork Pack” on display and the process of making his infamous bacon-wrapped matzoh ball.
