A Further Look at the Nike LeBron 11: Are You Copping?
The jury is out on the design of LeBron James’s recently unveiled signature, the Nike LeBron 11.
The jury is out on the design of LeBron James‘s recently unveiled signature, the Nike LeBron 11. Citing the lack of simplicity and cohesion within the complex design, few people have had the chance to see the shoe up close and personal. However ahead of the October 11 general release, a further look offered here details some of the polarizing visual aspects of the shoe. On the outside, the upper incorporates strong angular motifs with a slew of technological material advancements such as Hyperposite, Hyperfuse and Dynamic Flywire which allow the LeBron 11 to achieve the lightest weight of any LeBron signature to date at 14.5 ounces. At its core is a robust Lunarlon insole with full-length Zoom Air, which when removed, offers a good indication of the flexibility of the tooling and outsole but may prove problematic for those who use orthotics when hooping. As mentioned a release date is slated for October 11, 2013 at select Nike Basketball retailers globally.
