Following an unexpected leak just last week, a closer look at the forthcoming 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado has surfaced. Marking the 30th anniversary of Toyota‘s storied SUV, the latest Prado edition of the Land Cruiser looks to take cues from its Lexus GX counterpart for a set of bold, luxurious upgrades. The entire exterior has been modified over that of its predecessor – its first major overhaul since 2010 – and includes a new front bumper, larger grille, LED headlights, tailgate and taillights. Inside, a brand new center console is joined by a reworked steering wheel and upgraded infotainment system. Finally, while engine specs remain unknown, they are expected to more or less carry over from the previous release. Ever-popular in the European and Asian markets, the mid-size SUV is likely to be officially unveiled in the coming weeks.
