Introduced just last year, the Breton is a departure from Vans‘ usual skateboarding-derived footwear offerings thanks to a rugged high-top look inspired by that of prototypical military footwear. The Vibram-equipped boot is set to return for Fall 2013 in a couple of new looks as a part of the season’s Vans OTW collection. Revived with a combination of premium nubuck and ballistic nylon, the shoe’s material blocking further reinforces its heavy-duty appeal. Finished with metal eyelets and durable rope laces, the Fall 2013 takes on the Breton will be available at Vans OTW stockists beginning this August.
